KINGSPORT, TN. – Restaurant franchisee Restaurant Management Group (RMG) has named Paige Tyree its Supervisor of the Year. Tyree supervises eight of the company’s Little Caesars franchise restaurants in Johnson City, Kingsport, Newport, Morristown, Clinton, and Greeneville.
The winners were announced at the company’s annual conference. Criteria used to select RMG’s Supervisor of the Year included guest comments, comparable sales, profitability, safety, employee turnover, service inspection scores and quality assurance.
RMG is the sixth-largest Hardee’s franchisee in the United States. The company owns and operates 44 Hardee’s restaurants in and around the Tri-Cities region of Virginia and Tennessee as well as in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania. RMG also owns 17 Little Caesars in North Carolina, Northeast Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, Greeneville, Morristown, Newport, and Clinton.
“Paige did an excellent job in 2007,” said Jack Mangan, president of Restaurant Management Group. “RMG is proud to have her on our team.”
Tyree has been a supervisor for seven years. This was the first year she won the award. “I felt honored,” said Tyree. “It’s something I’ve been working towards since joining the Restaurant Management Group team. This award would not be possible without the support and hard work of my managers and their teams. ”
Tyree resides in Johnson City, and enjoys watching her sons play baseball.
