MORGANTOWN, W.V. – Restaurant Management Group (RMG) named Stephanie Buckley its 2008 Supervisor of the Year for the nearly 70 Hardee’s® and Little Caesars® restaurants the company operates across six states. Buckley supervises seven of the company’s Hardee’s franchise restaurants across northern West Virginia and in Pennsylvania.
RMG selecting Buckley based on criteria that included guest comments, financial controls, safety, employee turnover, service inspection scores and quality assurance. Buckley was named the winner at a recent employee recognition event at Pipestem.
RMG is the sixth-largest Hardee’s franchisee in the United States. The company owns and operates 44 Hardee’s restaurants in and around the Tri-Cities region of Virginia and Tennessee as well as in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania. RMG also owns 23 Little Caesars in Northeast Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, Georgia and North Carolina.
“Stephanie is a real professional who achieved this award with a lot of hard work and good restaurant teams,” said Jack Mangan, president of Restaurant Management Group. “We’re proud to have her as part of RMG.”
Buckley has been a supervisor for 10 years. This was the first time she had won the award from RMG. Buckley resides in Morgantown, is married and enjoys golfing in her spare time.
